How to setup voicemail

    Using the webclient

    1. Goto your webclient
      https://yourdomain.sd.3cx.us:5001/webclient
    2. Select the phone icon and choose the device you want to record with

    3. Click on settings

    4. Click on greetings

    5. Click on record greeting

    6. Name your greeting and press ok

    7. Record your greeting
      The system will call your webclient phone, phone app or your deskphone based on what you chose in step 1.
      Once you pick up it will ask you to record your message.
      You can then use the drop downs to set your greetings as needed.

    Using your desk phone

    1. Dial the voicemail number as indicated in your welcome email.
    2. Enter your PIN and then press “#”.
    3. Select option “9” then “8” and then “0” to record.
    4. Press “#” to end recording and “0” to save
